Welcome to Aurora Wellness Collective Inc. (“Aurora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our paid services, including AI-powered memberships and all other pricing-based offerings. By subscribing or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

🔐 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use Aurora services. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are using the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

💳 2. Billing & Payment

• All services and memberships are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

• Subscriptions renew monthly and will be charged to the payment method you provided.

• One-time services (such as individual therapy or coaching sessions) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor.

🤁 3. Renewals & Cancellations

• Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled in advance of the billing date.

• You may cancel any membership at any time by emailing hello@aurorawellnesscollective.ca or through your client portal.

• Refunds will not be issued once payment is processed. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

• Individual Therapy: $140/session

• Couples & Family Therapy: $165/session

• Group Therapy: $45/session

• Monthly Subscription (4 sessions): $520/month

• Monthly Subscription (8 sessions): $960/month

Addiction Recovery

• 1-on-1 Addiction Therapy: $165/session

• 12-Week Recovery Program: $3,300/program

• Family Support Therapy: $140/session

• Sober Coaching Membership: $185/month

Life & Wellness Coaching

• 1-on-1 Coaching: $115/session

• Monthly Coaching Package (4 sessions): $420/month

Nutrition & Fitness Support

• Mental Health Nutrition: $120/session

• Addiction Recovery Nutrition: $120/session

• Fitness Coaching: $85/session

Total Body Wellness Packages

• Essential Wellness Package: $950/month

• Premium Wellness Package: $1,550/month

• Elite Total Wellness Package: $2,300/month

AI-Powered Memberships

• Basic Membership ($19.99/month)

  • Monthly Mental Wellness Self-Assessments

  • Curated Self-Care Library

  • Wellness Articles & Exercises

  • 10% discount on eligible services

• Premium Membership ($49.99/month)

  • Everything in Basic, plus:

  • Wellness Tracker Dashboard

  • Monthly Live Group Sessions

  • Early Access to New Programs

  • Priority AI Support

  • 20% discount on eligible services

• All-Access Membership ($99.99/month)

  • Everything in Premium, plus:

  • Unlimited AI Use

  • Monthly Personalized Progress Reports

  • Access to All Digital Courses & Masterclasses

  • Dedicated Client Success Coach (chat-based)

  • 30% discount on all services & packages

🤝 5. Client Success Coach (All-Access Members)

All-Access members will be connected with a non-clinical Client Success Coach who provides motivational support, resource navigation, and weekly check-ins via chat. They are not licensed clinicians and cannot offer therapy.

❗ 6. Disclaimer

Aurora provides professional and digital services intended to support mental wellness. However, our AI and coaching services are not a substitute for clinical care. Always seek licensed medical or psychological assistance for urgent concerns.

If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

🚫 7. Misuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in cases of:

• Harassment or abuse toward staff, coaches, or AI systems

• Misrepresentation of identity

• Unauthorized use of services or content for commercial purposes

🔧 8. Changes to Services or Pricing

Aurora may revise pricing, offerings, or service details at any time. For active memberships, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before implementing any changes to pricing or core features.
